This company provided awesome service from start to finish. My air conditioner stopped working while we were on vacation and we arrived home on a Friday night (don't these issues always happen on a weekend?) On a Saturday another company came out and installed a thermostat and pumped some freon into the system which did not cool the house down. When I became dissatisfied with the response I got from them, I called Superior Service. I spoke to a lady on the phone who helped me trouble shoot. When that didn't solve the issues she arranged for Bobby to come the next morning which was a Sunday. Bobby explained that there was an audible leak in the coil (hence the money I paid the other company for freon was completely wasted.) After discussing the options I decided to replace the A/C unit. This company was attentive to detail, professional, and very polite. The A/C unit was installed by 4:30 the next afternoon. I am so pleased with it. It cools beautifully and is so quiet. I would definitely use this company again and high recommend them! Oh, and I just received a box of brownies in the mail- Thanks!

Showed up exactly on time and even called ahead to let me know he was coming. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. Very courteous also and cleaned up after themselves when they left. I would recommend Josh and his team and will definitely use them again.

My technician was EXCELLENT!! He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He immediately made friends with my 4 legged children. He cleaned up his mess and ensured that my ac was up and running as well as cleaned my heater. I would use Superior again in a heartbeat!!

I called Heather who was very friendly to schedule my appointment at 1:54pm. Bobby was at my house at 2:29pm. Talk about prompt! I've called out different companies on 2 separate times for the same problem over the last month and a half. Bobby inspected more and taught me more than those other 2 callouts combined! And, he charged me far less. Bobby walked me through my whole system from outside unit to inside fan to motor and motherboard - explaining everything along the way. We walked around the inside of my house and checked every vent. We went up into the attic to check the duct work and insulation. We even walked around the house and checked windows. What AC service goes through the trouble to do all that?! I have a new company that I am going to call for my AC/Heater needs from here on out. We even went through the numbers for possible things that may go wrong in the future and discussed prices on installing a whole new system. Any time I need any work done in the future, I'm calling Superior Service of Broken Arrow Inc. I felt like I had a friend who just does AC work come out and walk me through my entire system with advice and suggestions that I can trust.
