Fantastic. They were super busy - everyone's a/c was acting up it seemed - but they managed to get to us quickly. You could see it had been a long day for the repairman but he kept his tired smile on the whole time and found our problem within minutes. Their prices are unbeatable and they didn't try to charge us for things we didn't need. We will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone we know having a/c problems.

These guys came out to find my compressor had failed, they showed me the oil all over the bottom of the outdoor unit. then they showed me with a meter the compressor was not repairable, we talked about fixing it but with the old freon getting so expenisive we decided to have a basic system installed instead. They did show me like 5 differant systems from over $ 16,000 all the way down to the $4,500. but did not push the expensive ones, in fact said most homes in this area really had the more basic ones anyhow. We did not plan on this expense right now so it was great to have some one that would understand not everyone can spend $ 10,000. everytime a service guy shows up. Happy, Happy, Happy is all I can say.

They were professional and courteous. We took advantage of an Angie's List Big Deal and Superior exceeded my expectations.They're price was so fair that I had to do a double check on their invoice.When they come back, and they will be asked back to our house, for more service I will make sure that I PAY them fairly.This is a business model that others should follow. Fair work for a fair price. I still don't even feel like I got charged enough, I know that sounds odd, but being a contractor in my work, getting work can be tough sometimes. Heck of job guys, thanks so much for coming out ahead of schedule, fixing the unit and not pressuring us for more work. Don't worry, I'll make sure you get more work, even if it's just us!

They were a real professional company came on time and installed real well. The unit had a manufactured problem and they came and fixed real quick and everything has been working smoothly ever sense. The companys name speaks for its self.

They did the work they said they would do and have done any subsequent repair work promptly. I wasn't real pleased with their salesperson; he kind of talked me out of a system that I really wanted to put in. It was actually a better system but he is no longer with them from what I understand.

They gave me a complete education on my heating and air system. They were very timely and responsive. They cleaned up very well after themselves. They kept me informed on what they were doing. They were very friendly and professional.

1st visit replaced freon. When we mentioned it had been filled one month earlier, said it was probably a result of cold weather. one month later, freon was out. Replaced metering device and filled with freon. Seven weeks later A/C went out. Suggested a possible electrical problem before observing unit and denied the need for more freon or possibility of freon leak. Said that there must have been a micro-burst and all of the sudden everything was fine. Called reputable company to give us estimate to fix the real problem. Will never use this company again.

"The home warrenty company chosen by this consumer directed the repairs as stated in her policy. Because of the maner the home warrenty company avoided any expense and directed their contractors to just do the minimum we have stop working for this warrenty company. The consumer always has the choice to replace this aging equipment but decided to do only what the home warrenty was willing to pay for, and since this system was well past its normal useful age it is expected to continue to fail. This is the warrenty company plan to insure policy renewals, once one is replaced must people don't renew. The warrenty company has a financial interest not to replace systems even when we have directed them that is what is needed to be done. Sadly the salesperson who over sold what the warrenty company would do mislead this consumer."

I did not have a positive experience at all. Of all the service calls I have had, this was by far the poorest experience I can remember. After arriving 2 hours late, the technician complained about being underpaid, overworked, and under-appreciated. He was upset our particular job running longer than he had planned and went on the complain about the job before ours. I am unsure about how much he was compensated as it was covered by our home warranty.

What I enjoyed most about the experience was the time taken to explain to me how to keep the system properly maintained and prevent future problems. I cannot accurately comment on price because the service call was covered by a standard price connected with a home warranty.
