Auto Service
Atrocious service. Was told my repairs should be complete by noon. Gave up my work truck all day. By 5:00 pm my vehicle had not even been pulled in the bay. The " service specialist" could not even look up from the counter at me as he mumbled a pro forma apology. Will never set foot on the property again. Stay away from this dealership!

We originally took our Saturn Vue (hybrid) to the GMC dealership where it was purchased after having problems with our hybrid features and stabilitrack turning off while driving. The GMC dealership was not able to diagnose the problem and recommended that we take it to South Pointe.
We were able to bring it in to South Pointe on the same day. They had it for 1 day before calling with a diagnosis--the Cam Actuator was out. They were able to replace it within 2 days. Fortunately, it was covered under our power train warranty, so there was no cost to us.
The car came back with a full report, washed and vacuumed. We were highly pleased with the level of service and attentiveness.
