+ -1 moreOur overall experience at Seasonal Concepts was exceptional in a day where mediocrity seems to be the norm accompanied by rudeness this entire staff stands out as what customer service is all about. They went above and beyond what we've come to expect.
Description of Work: We arrived at the store on Sunday Jul 1. We were greeted at the door and told them we'd like to browse. They actually let us do that with no sales person hovering. It was a hot day and they offered each of us an ice cold bottle of water which was well appreciated.Arrangements were made for delivery on the 3d. On the morning of the 3d the store called and advised us they couldn't deliver that day but that if it was OK with us the manager himself would deliver the item on the 4th. He delivered it as stated and placed it right where we wanted it. The entire sales staff were quite helpful during the entire time we were in the store. We were completely satisfied with their service and will recommend them to our friends and relatives as a place that really delivers the goods.
