Rain Guard of Tulsa is a family owned and operated guttering company established in 1982. In the 36 years of business in Tulsa, Rain Guard has satisfied over 250,000 customers with their guttering needs. Rain Guard is constantly trying to find new and innovative installation techniques in order to offer their customers a quality gutter system that will last a lifetime. Currently Rain Guard has four locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Norman, and our newest location Spring dale, Arkansas. In Tulsa alone, Rain Guard operates seven installation vans and two customer service vehicles dedicated to making sure our customers are satisfied. Each installation van is operated by a trained gutter technician who are full time employees. I called Rain Guard on a Monday and they were able to do the install on a Wednesday of the same week. Alex, the installer, was there that morning as scheduled. He wasted no time in getting set up for the fabrication and install of the guttering. Within 3 hours I had a very nice looking guttering system installed. But looks aren't everything!! Would the guttering perform as good as it looked?
As luck would have it, there was a pretty good rain storm that same Wednesday night after the install. I went out with my umbrella to check the guttering as it was raining. All I can say is "great job Rain Guard". The guttering and the installation passed the test of Mother Nature.

"Concerning this job: The work performed on this job was below satisfaction and Rain Guard will stand behind its work and come fix the problem anytime that is convenient for the home owner. In this particular job, the home owner hired Rain Guard to only reseal all the seams in his existing gutter system. The work was performed on the day it was scheduled with the home owner. When Rain Guard first heard about the problem they sent a man over there within an hour of first notice from the home owner to check the quality of work performed and take pictures. After looking at the seams that were resealed it was apparent that the work performed was below Rain Guards standards. The home owner was told that a customer service technician would be out the following day to perform the repair work that needed to be done. Rain Guard still stands behind its work and will come and fix the mess that was created at no cost to the home owner. But the home owner called and said he did not want Rain Guard back out to fix the problem because he was displeased with the seams that were sealed. Rain Guard tries to meet and exceed their customers expectations everyday. The number one goal at Rain Guard is to make our customers happy. We have been in business for over 28 years by providing quality workmanship and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Of coarse Rain Guard is not pleased with such a bad report on Angie's List especially since the home owner did not give Rain Guard an opportunity to fix its mistake. However. Rain Guard can not become a better company if valuable feedback like this isn't given. Rain Guard will use the information on this report to help meet potential customers expectations."
