Rain Guard of Tulsa is a family owned and operated guttering company established in 1982. In the 36 years of business in Tulsa, Rain Guard has satisfied over 250,000 customers with their guttering needs. Rain Guard is constantly trying to find new and innovative installation techniques in order to offer their customers a quality gutter system that will last a lifetime. Currently Rain Guard has four locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Norman, and our newest location Spring dale, Arkansas. In Tulsa alone, Rain Guard operates seven installation vans and two customer service vehicles dedicated to making sure our customers are satisfied. Each installation van is operated by a trained gutter technician who are full time employees. We have a set price list and estimator gave you the same price we give all of our customers ; we also have set minimums for smaller jobs. Again we apologize that you feel you would have got a better deal dealing with us directly, but rest assured we treat you and all of our Angie's list customers with the same care and appreciation as any of our customers."

"The way this deal reads is very confusing when it comes to the discounted price per foot. Yes the deal stated you purchase 50ft. of 6" Gutter OR 3x4 Downspout, this calculates to $4.98 per foot (discounted per foot rate). Your home did not require 6" gutters and our estimator quoted you for 5" Gutters at the discounted per foot rate for that size, essentially he still passed on the deal discounts across the board, even to the additional (more than the 50ft) footage of gutter and using the BIG Deal as a credit on the bottom line. This actually would have saved you much more than if he had followed the deal to the letter. We were not given the opportunity to explain this in further detail and we apologize for any misunderstanding."

I was not impressed at all because they came and they gave the estimate. That guy was great. But then the guy that was supposed to do the work never called me to tell me that my facia is soft and they attached everything supposedly to that. I was out of town. I had to go to my mothers. When I came back my husband said, what did they attach? That piece of wood I had up there to keep it straight is still there. So, I talked to Shawn and he was supposed to call me back and I never heard from him.
The technician called Shawn and told him about the facia being soft but he supposedly did the work before we were notified of this and maybe have gotten that repaired first.
I don't think it was very professional to do the work without talking to us first because now we're going to have to do it all again.

My appointment was for July 8th, but on that day%, they never showed, so I called them the next morning. I was told by receptionist they tried to call. When I looked at my phone, there was a number I didn't recognize, but they left no voicemail. Receptionist said due to rainy weather they were behind & hopefully they would make it by 2:30 Friday the 10th. Friday came and went, nobody came by, no phone call. (I was very studious about checking my phone that day for a call from them. So, Monday morning around 9:30am, I'm returning from errands and the truck is in my driveway. The two young men were very nice and got right to work, but they left without letting me know they were done. I went out to look at gutters & all seems well. They added the downspouts & tightened up the loose ones. The only odd thing is spout they put on at front if house is gray, and all my other spouts are white. :-/.
I'm hoping when salesman stops by to check work & get paid, they can swap out the gray spout for a white one. The work is good, but keeping in touch with the customer about appointment & times could be better.

Excellent experience! Communication with company representatives was timely. Within days of contacting them, my home had been measured and I had an estimate. The rep (Keith) explained his plan to me, showed where the water should drain and explained why. He didn't try to"oversell" me, explaining that my roof wouldn't need the larger size gutters. He even cheerfully made a special trip out to the house to show me color samples, after I changed my mind about keeping the same color of gutter! Work was scheduled for a date within the next week.. Work had to be bumped one day (life happens), but they came the next day while I was at work and when I got home I had gorgeous new gutters. Keith came out afterward to inspect the work before I was expected to pay. We were having a good rain (as we do most days this Spring) so he was even able to show me how the water was draining just as he'd described when he explained his plan initially. I'm very happy with my experience, the product, and the service.

Work was great. They worked us into their schedule quickly and completed the work in two days. After first day supervisor came out to check work and noticed an issues, workers were there the next day to correct issue. In addition, the office called to give us a number to call in case we had any complaints so we could speak with someone other than the supervisor or sales rep. We did not have any complaints, but appreciated the professionalism.

I haven't gotten back with them since before Christmas. I'll have to get with them and talk to them about it. One end of it is holding about an inch of water and not draining. I'll have to have them put another downspout on the one end. They were real good. What they got done, they did a good job. It looks good. I had a Big Deal. I had a little more than the 50' put on, so there was an additional charge. We didn't use one of the downspouts and didn't use one of the 12' runs like we were going to because I had a canopy over a hot tub. The guy said that he could drill some holes into the guttering so that I didn't have a downspout there. In theory, I paid for about 12' of guttering and a downspout that I didn't use. They were pretty good workers. I think they knew what they were doing, but just didn't realize this old house had settled or something. It looks level, but the way it's holding water, it seems like it is out of level. It looks really nice, though. They were here when they said they would be. They didn't waste any time doing what they needed to do. They already knew what they needed to do. You could tell they had installed quite a few of them before.

It wasn't definitely as expensive as I thought it was going to be. The only thing I didn't like was they did not tell me when they're coming out to actually do the installation so I would have preferred to have been home and work from home that day. I actually called them and they told me that they already did. The experience was good. The guys was very nice. I would have preferred to know who is at my house when working on my house. I didn't know that they were here so they did a great job. The sales guy was very nice. I didn't have any problems with it whatsoever. When it rains I always check and it's been fine. He did a great job explaining it. He weigh it all out, he priced it and it's exactly what he quote me. It was great. He knew what he was doing and talking about. He was super cool.

It was great. We had more gutters and so there was additional charge. We got a discount and so it worked out great. They provided good service. They came out when they were supposed to. They were real reasonable. They did a good job and they did it right.
