Rain Guard of Tulsa is a family owned and operated guttering company established in 1982. In the 36 years of business in Tulsa, Rain Guard has satisfied over 250,000 customers with their guttering needs. Rain Guard is constantly trying to find new and innovative installation techniques in order to offer their customers a quality gutter system that will last a lifetime. Currently Rain Guard has four locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Norman, and our newest location Spring dale, Arkansas. In Tulsa alone, Rain Guard operates seven installation vans and two customer service vehicles dedicated to making sure our customers are satisfied. Each installation van is operated by a trained gutter technician who are full time employees. We have a set price list and estimator gave you the same price we give all of our customers ; we also have set minimums for smaller jobs. Again we apologize that you feel you would have got a better deal dealing with us directly, but rest assured we treat you and all of our Angie's list customers with the same care and appreciation as any of our customers."
"The way this deal reads is very confusing when it comes to the discounted price per foot. Yes the deal stated you purchase 50ft. of 6" Gutter OR 3x4 Downspout, this calculates to $4.98 per foot (discounted per foot rate). Your home did not require 6" gutters and our estimator quoted you for 5" Gutters at the discounted per foot rate for that size, essentially he still passed on the deal discounts across the board, even to the additional (more than the 50ft) footage of gutter and using the BIG Deal as a credit on the bottom line. This actually would have saved you much more than if he had followed the deal to the letter. We were not given the opportunity to explain this in further detail and we apologize for any misunderstanding."

The technician called Shawn and told him about the facia being soft but he supposedly did the work before we were notified of this and maybe have gotten that repaired first.
I don't think it was very professional to do the work without talking to us first because now we're going to have to do it all again.
I'm hoping when salesman stops by to check work & get paid, they can swap out the gray spout for a white one. The work is good, but keeping in touch with the customer about appointment & times could be better.
