Greg was a pleasure to do business with...very professional and friendly. Greg gave me an estimate with several different options so that I could choose that one that best met my needs. He followed up with me by phone and arrived to do the job when he said he would. Now our trees look great thanks to the hard work of the P&G team! I'll be calling Greg for my future tree needs and I definitely recommend him and his team to others.

They did a great job and picked everything up. I did not find any damage anywhere. Their prices were very reasonable. They got the entire job done and everything hauled off in one day. The scheduling was fine and they came when they said they would. They were recommended to me from another friend.

He has always been extremely prompt in coming by for evaluation of the problem and giving an estimate. When we agreed on a date and time for the work to be done, weather permitting (and he was always in touch with me promptly, if the plans had to be changed), he was on time with his crew. The work proceeded professionally and expeditiously. His crew are professional and polite as well. Clean-up is great. While they are working, if he sees something else that needs to be remedied, he'll say something about it. It's your choice to do something about it or not. He's also quick to answer any questions and give advice. I've been very pleased with Greg's service and will continue to call him for all my tree needs. Prior to Greg, I'd had an experience with an arborist who no longer works in the area that was very good. After that, on two occasions, I called "arborists" (apostrophes because I don't care what they said they were, I had more knowledge of trees than they did!), who mainly wanted to sell me a scheduled tree fertilization plan. Needless to say, they got the boot. Since then, I discovered Greg, and I'm happy to recommend Greg Cole and P&G Tree Specialist.

Contacted Greg by phone after seeing reviews on Angie's List. We are new homeowners in the Tulsa area and are relying on Angie's list for contracting services for improvements to our 1930's midtown bungalow. Greg promptly returned my call and went by to look at the job on the same day. He provided a verbal estimate and then a written estimate after we conferred to finalize the complete list of services required. The work was scheduled and completed within less than a week from the time we received the proposal. Very satisfied, will recommend Mr. Cole and use him again.

I called three tree services to get quotes and Greg was the only one that responded. He was very professional and knowledgeable about trees. He spent time to understand the situation and offered the best solution which was trimming the dead branches off our tree rather than cutting it down completely. The work was done a week later and the tree looked great afterwards and the cleanup was perfect, they even picked up our branches we had stacked up underneath the tree that they didn't cut down. I would use them again if I had more trees.

We have used P&G before and were more than happy to use them again. Greg is always very informative. He will tell you what needs to be done and why. They did a great job trimming up the trees and removing all of the debris. They always leave a clean yard when they are done. The trees look nice and healthy now. We will definitely use them in the future.

I just moved into this house and had initially wanted to take out the 3 large bushes in the back because they were so unruly and hadn't been maintained, however, he talked me out of it, suggesting I should just trim them back for now because they would look much better if they were trimmed back and looked like they were supposed to. I was glad I listened. the trees were well manicured and they did an excellent job on everything. I expected to have some debris left over in my yard and there was none. You couldn't even tell the work had been done. He was very personable also. I will definitley use this service again.

It was incredibly refreshing to deal with someone who just came right out and told me there was nothing he could do at this time that would save my tree. He could have come out, said "this may possibly work", and charged for it, but, instead, he was straight out honest about the situation. I will definitely call him when I am in need of an arborist.

This is the second time I have used this company. They do not disappoint. The crew arrived on schedule, was very efficient doing the work. Can't even tell where the trees were before! They did a terrific job of cleaning up afterwards, sweeping the drive, blowing off the porch area and picking up excess limbs. I have had several services in the past (we have a huge, heavily treed lot) and these guys are the best EVER! Very competitively priced, and wonderful to work with.

I contacted the company through Angie's List and had an email reply the next morning. Greg called me shortly after the reply and came to look at the trees about an hour later and sent his crew a few hours later to do the work. I was very happy with the work that they did and how quickly it was done. Greg said because it wasn't a major job they could do it sooner rather than later. The black walnut tree hadn't been trimmed in the 20 years I have lived here and it suffered a lot of storm damage in the spring of 2013 and still had a few branches high in the tree that were dangling, and after the storm of 2013 some of the lower branches were removed by anyone who could reach them. Greg's crew cleaned it up very well and opened the tree a good deal and it looks very good now. Will definitely use this company again.

Due to the location of the tree, he recommended that I contact PSO. I was very impressed with how prompt he was, he came on the same day I contacted him. I would definitely use him again. He was honest about the damage PSO had done to the tree. He could have removed it and not said anything.

Everything went great! He showed up the same day I called to give an estimate, and performed the work a few days later. Greg was extremely knowledgeable about the trees and what needed to be done to get them back to being healthy. They showed up in the morning and were done by noon, and the yard looked great after they were done.

Greg was very professional, he responded to my call very quickly. His bid was the best bid I had received. Once I was ready to schedule, I gave Greg a call and he and his crew were at my house the next morning right on time. He reviewed the work needed to make sure we were on the same page, and then quickly got to work. They did a wonderful job and everything was cleaned up beautifully. From free estimate to on time service all went well. Work through were critical needs needing done immediately and what could wait till fall. Received frank curious advise and service. I am highly recommending them to all in need of an arborist.

Greg Cole, The Owner and his team of 4 men came at approximately 8:30 am in the morning and worked very efficiently until all the trees that were designated to be trimmed and cut down were done. They cleaned up everything and then hauled and ground up limbs and trunks. They were very efficient and worked diligently until the job was completed, at approximately 3:30pm. Greg is a very kind and trustworthy man and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Sue Fulmer

Greg and his crew are amazing. You won't ever need anyone else. Greg came out on time, walked the yard and gave me a solid competitive estimate. Subsequently they cut every tree in my yard for that estimate. He and his crew are real artists. They were at my house an entire day. On the two larges trees, a man stayed in each tree about an hour. No cherry picker -- they were in the trees. The beaufiful thing is you can't tell the tree were trimmed. It was done so subtly, and these are big trees!! They removed a large magnolia that died in the drought. Now there are no trees touching my house. The clean up was perfection. Greg is an extremely knowledgable arborist and gave me wonderful advice on many things about my yard. My education was a bonus. I recommend Greg highly -- you won't find anyone better!!I

This provider called and sincerely apologized for the issues we had with no shows...one being an actual appointment time. He was more than willing to rectify the situation and make it right and I respect that. Like I said before, almost all reviews on this provider were A's, so I am going to call this an isolated incidence. According to other reviews, he is very skilled and does good work. Unfortunately I did not get to experience his work and I cannot change significantly my rating on responsiveness and punctuality as that truly represents my experience. But I would like to upgrade my rating on professionalism. His willingness to make it right is what I value most. We already got another company committed to do the work after things didn't work out, but really value that fact Greg was willing to bend over backwards to make things right. Thank you Greg.
