They arrived on time, were courteous and professional. Did what I hired them to do for the agreed upon price. Results were excellent: carpet cleaned up well (bright with no stains) and carpet stretched and tacked down properly. Will hire them again.

They called and were able to come early. They got rid of all the stains on my carpet and even took out some paint splatters I had not even mentioned. Their entire job was very professional from scheduling to completion.

i was very happy with steve, i didn't get to meet his assistant, but he worked very hard first cleaning my air ducts, and returns; and then on to the carpet cleaning. I think they did a wonderful job, i will use them again, my only concern was a few nicks on the baseboards, and the musty smell even a day after running fans throughout the house. Carpet looks great. Very satisfied with the price.

I was very impressed with the job they did. They cleaned a lage area 4,000 S.F. which I really did not think would come clean but American did it. I will use them on my house soon for carpet cleaning.

Quick to respond to my request to bid on stretching my carpet. On time for the appointment, sized up what needed to be done, & without wasting a minute, went right to work. They were courteous, efficient, professional and very tidy, removing all waste and clutter. Permitted time for me to vaccuum prior to returning furniture to its regular position, & went to the next room to start work there. Came back & moved the furniture to its regular place. They were most willing and eager to satisfy. I highly recommend them for anyone needing carpet stretching done. I plan to utilize this company for future jobs.
