Excellent. The chair and table were examined and picked up,for repairs the same day of our call. They were ready and delivered the next day. We have found the staff professional and they provided excellent information. My Lane recliner had a swivel rocker mechanism added and I love the chair. The table was address and although there was a slight issue only I see it and I can live with it. If I had seen the issue which involved a mitered corner within the year warranty the table would have been replaced by the manufacturer. I didn't because it is small and inconspicuous therefore the store did more than required, to keep us happy.

Excellent. Service is great, delivery prompt and without "glitches", questions are answered and pricing is good.

I went in to furniture showcase in stillwater, ok for a sofa table, I found several I liked but the legs were loose (which should have given me a heads up) I finally found one that I liked which I paid close to 400.00 for it that day and it was to be delivered to me the next evening. The delivery guys bring the table to my home on time and set it up for me where I wanted it. (the delivery guys have nothing to do with this as they were as good as can be expected). The delivery guys ask me to sign papers to say it was delivered and it was in good condition. Well, as i was standing there one of the drawers in the table was not level so I opened it in the attempt to see why and it almost fell to the floor. The reason it was not working correctly was because the child pretection device on the drawer wasnt working correctly due to the fact that the table had been broken and fixed once before (remember it was sold to me new in the store). The delivery guys tried to fix the device so that the draw would not fall out but was unable to. They left the house to make a call and returned and said they could bring it back and see what could be did or I could keep it this way (for real) I wanted it to work for my grandson's sake so I sent it back. It was redelivered late the next day and the drawer worked but was not level still, the child protection device worked so I just kept it this time, but it was not right and I voiced my concerns to the men who brought it and they never offered any help to remedy the problem. A few days later a piece of the drawer they had fixed was on the floor when I awake in the morning so I laid under the table to look and they had completely tried to cut and re glue the drawer and it was glued NOT with wood glue but with hot glue that we all know will pop off at some point, allowing the contents of the drawer to fall as well. I would have thought that this business would have wanted to make things right, but they have not even tried to contact me. I don't think this is the way home town people should treat each other and expect to have repeat business and good reviews.
