We specialize in providing superior work in new home construction at an affordable price, with special attention to details and the needs of our customers. Our most recent custom home is a totally self-sufficient "green home" with composting toilets, and a roof-line that funnels all precipitation into a cistern. We cover the architectural details with our customers before we begin, and continually during the process, to eliminate possible errors and omissions in the design, assuring that each living space accommodates the amenities and the intended use. We offer specialties such as "screws-only"framing, instead of nails, for extra strength, and high-tech foundations for unique applications. We also work with realtors to bring "Sale Homes" up to code, to exceed state inspection requirements. No job is too small, and estimates are free.
