Description of Work: They performed an annual maintenance check an discovered the coolant was low, so refilled as needed and checked for leaks. Majority of cost was for the replacement coolant.

Description of Work: Replaced 2.5 ton Central Air and Heating unit. I had a 23 year old unit the quit working. I had scheduled a central air tune-up with them for a week later, I called and explained that the unit quit working and they came out the same day. On checking they found the unit was completely empty of Freon and the compressor had quit because of a low shut-off valve. The unit was 23 years old (yes, 23) and I have had Freon leaks for the past several years (serviced by another company), so I bought a new unit. The next day they brought a crew out and installed it. Very fast, very professional service, good price and good financing options.

Description of Work: Excellent. Did not charge extra for electrostatic Trane filter system like every other company has done. Told me my main 4 ton unit did not have enough return air. My house is 3 levels with a unit for each level. The main floor has never been able to keep the temperature under 80 when it is over 100 outside. I have had two other companies tell me the same thing. This company however said that they would be able to fix the problem. They used the closet in the master bedroom to add a third return air duct that pulled air from the master bedroom. Our bedroom has always been the hottest room in the house. Now it can sleep with a cool bedroom. I paid them $750 to fix the problem and it was worth every penny.

I like their employees, office staff and technician service and have recommeded them to others. I will continue to use them; and since their last visit here, they also added plumbing services, so I would probably call them for any plumbing issues too.

Description of Work: Repair man examined furnace and found crack in heat exchanger wall. As a result he shut off the furnace and said it must be replaced. The weather was cold. He tried to pressure me to buy a new one on the spot. I had no idea how long the crack had been there - 15 years or 15 minutes - most likely the former. I agree that the crack is unsafe. I bought a CO detector and am keeping an eye on it until I can have the furnace replaced in a sensible and reasonable manner. You can bt I will not buy it from them.

Description of Work: A/C unit quit working. Called AIR SOLUTIONS HEATING & COOLING; they came out over the weekend and fixed it by replacing a blown capacitor with two smaller ones. This was done quickly and cheaply.
