I found his crew to be punctual and nice. The work was of good quality. They were recommended to us by an employee at Marcum's. However, I was frustrated by the lack of communication from the owner. In particular, I was unhappy with the way he handled billing (email and sometimes direct invoices but there were many occasions where I did not receive an invoice in any form and then would be contacted about payment). It was frustrating and because I wasn't always sure when I had the correct amount to pay. I also thought his costs were high and he did not always give estimates of a service before providing it (this last one is my fault - I should have been more insistent about estimates). However, because we were happy with the quality of the work these issues did not bother us. When we moved into a new home location we tried contacting him and never heard back (months). When we did finally hear back we were told the owner would be calling us the following week (he was out of town) and we never heard back. We decided to use another service provider and have been much happier with the cost and service with a similar level of quality.

Overall...it is not good. I've tried to call this company to get back out to take down the Christmas lights and they haven't or won't call me back to set up a time to come by.

His name is Jason Barrett.  He does a number of houses in this area.  They are on time and consistent.  They do good job.  They are responsive to anything I needed done.
