Kevin from Mr Appliance of Yukon repaired our glass cook top stove that was not regulating temperature properly on two of our dual burners. He diagnosed the problem as being bad switches and he was correct. The two defective switches were replaced and all is good now. Kevin was very personable and professional. William was prompt and courteous. I appreciate his honesty as well. He explained what was wrong and much the cost would be to repair our dishwasher. Unfortunately I can buy a new one for the cost to repair this one. Instead of nickel and diming us a little bit at a time as some repair people have done in the past he was honest and told us up front that it was not worth repairing, even though itâ s only 5 years old.
