As always, Dr. Williams was prompt, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. She treats my dog as a member of her family!

They are very good. They have really flexible hours. You can come in and see them just about any time. They are actually open on Saturdays. They are really nice and usually easy going. She would call every time I have something wrong with my cat or dog. The Doctors always call us and follow up a week or two weeks later to see how our pets are doing. Both doctors at Williamburg really good and caring.

Dr. Williams has been the vet for my two dogs for more than six years. On this visit, she checked my dog for dizziness, vomiting, and limping problems. She said the dizziness and vomiting could be an imbalance due to her ears, or a small seizure. She recommended cleaning the ears a few times a week until there was no more dirt evident. She said the limping was probably due to arthritis, and prescribed one baby aspirin per day, not to exceed 30 days, until improvement was seen. She advised me to call her if there were further dizzy spells, and to let her know when the leg improved so my dog could be taken off the aspirin and put on a long-term medication that wouldn't harm her organs. She called a few days later, as she always does, to see how my girl was doing.

Dr. Williams and all the staff at Williamsburg are warm, professional, knowledgeable, and very caring. They know your pet is part of your family, and they treat them with great attention and the utmost care. Dr. Williams is always happy to talk with you about your pet when you call, and if she's unavailable at the time you call, she WILL call you back as soon as possible. There's no limit to their patience when you ask questions, and they're very understanding when you're anxious, nervous, or uncertain about any procedure. If Dr. Williams and her team could take care of my health, they'd certainly have another patient!
