the cleanest work I have ever seen plumbing co. do. told me the price and after he finished the work it came back a little less. I will use this company for of my plumbing needs and my A/C needs.

A representative came by on time and looked at the situation. He assessed the problem correctly and gave a quote. The repair crew arrived the next morning (again right on time) and performed the repairs in a timely and most professional manner. The final cost was exactly the price quoted. No unexpected surprises. I would definitely use this Company again.

They were very prompt in coming out and doing it. I purchased the faucet myself. The price is just for the labor to install them.

They were late; the one thing I did not care for them. It was pouring down rain so I have to give them a little credit for that. It was storming, but they were supposed to be here between 8 and 9. They were about two hours late and never called to say they were running late. I was kind of irritated about that. I just thought that the proper thing to do is to call your customer since he told me we would be the first one. Evidently, they had someone else to call before. They could have called to tell us they were running late and that they would be here in an hour or so.

I had someone else schedule and he never showed or called. So I got on Angie's List and read all the reviews for plumbers and selected Torch Service Company. He scheduled an appointment for the next day. An hour later Josh called as he had a cancellation and could he come over. Of course!!! Did a great job - cleaned up and extremely professional. I would recommend Torch Service Company.

Reviewed BBB and Angie's List for possible plumbers in the area. Then made the appropriate phone calls. Had quotes over the phone which I deemed appropriate for the job (approximately 15 minutes a phone call). All seemed reasonable. Called back Torch Service due to their phone response and locallity.
Raul came out with proper credentials and paperwork. Proceeded to go over the job as he explained what he was going to do. I stayed a few minutes to followup then I left him to his work. In no time the job was completed. Everything was hooked up behind the wall as I asked. Everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction. We went over the bill and he left. I have waited to see if anything leaked or cracked and everything is just fine.

Very well. I highly recommed him.

Josh came out and installed a new vanity and a new toilet. He did a great job and was very responsive to my calls. I would highly recommend him and plan on using his services again. We had wood flooring installed and he had the risers to install the toilet without any problem. I have been very pleased with his service and work. I called on Josh for advise since he serviced my home and he is very responsive to my calls. If he cannot perform the work, he is willing to recommend someone else for the job.ed

He did a very good job. I have used him many times. I can always rely on him, and he also gives me a very reasonable price.

It was so quick, that I did not have the opportunity to watch what they did. and it is probably what lead to this return issue.

The work was done quickly - great when paying by the hour - and correctly. He took less than half the time to do the exact same work (my countertops had to be replaced due to poor quality materials the first time) than my previous plumber and charged less per hour. This saved me over $700, which was so appreciated since I had just had the work done and now had to have it redone. He even troubled shot my disposal's electrical issue - the last plumber did not use the right caps so the wires pulled loose - saving me the expense and hassle of calling in an electrician. He took less than 15 minutes to diagnose and repair this issue. Overall the experience was very positive and he was professional, knowledgeabe, experienced and courteous. I will recommend Torch service Company to anyone I know needing a plumber. Great job.
