The crew who did the install was very friendly and professional in the installation and cleanup of all the equipment and boxes. Will was very helpful in giving me the info about the rebates and discounts. I would use them again for my plumbing needs.

I called the night before and they would schedule my call the next day. I was scheduled between 1 pm and 4 pm. However, the plumber arrived at 10:30 am. Each step, Torch employees would call and notify of the changes and asked if the new time the plumber arrive was alright with me. Out standing company.

Raul urquiza came to install toilet. He brought the quality of toilet promised in estimate and installed it well. He also was able to snake a sewer line clog that was not expected with equipment he brought. I was pleased with the job

David was extremely professional, honest and very friendly. He was also punctual which was much appreciated. Pricing was great and he finished the job in 45 minutes! Excellent experience from the owner, staff and work crew. Our main line had collapsed and Torch was the only company that offered us multiple options to decide from. They re-routed all of our outgoing plumbing to help us avoid any future issues. Their whole team was considerate, thorough, and went above and beyond to get all our issues resolved in one job. Torch will be my first call from now on!

I had two services that morning. The first ran a snake in the kitchen sink drain sufficiently so that the drain water does not back up. The second pair installed a replacement in sink disposal. I was left with a fairly inconclusive result regarding future remedies from the first, and a failure to replace the old in sink mounting ring and rubber guard against the second. Later, when bringing in my contractor lamp stand to continue sanding and painting, I found that I was without a new, heavy-duty extension cord. It taught me to pay more attention, trust less, and seek alternative providers the next time.

Seemed a mite too expensive.

Simply outstanding. Saturday service needed for broken hose bib that left our house without water. Technician responded within 30 minutes fixed the problem in about an hour for less than the price of other plumbers who I contacted. Highly recommended and will use again.
