They do quality work, but are not punctual. Several times they did not show up for a scheduled appointment and did not call to let me know about it! I was very frustrated. When they finally showed up, the work was done quickly and efficiently.

After I contacted home advisor, Josh called and came out the same day to repair my leaking shower. I certainly appreciate the promptness but also his expertise in taking care of my pluming problem. A pleasant experience, thank you so much.

Josh and his team were very efficient and professional. I had a pipe break underneath the bathroom and it required breaking up a small section of the slab to access. After locating it with the camera, a second visit was planned since it was an all-day job to excavate, replace pipe, and repour the concrete. The work was completed in one day. All that's left is to have someone finish the floor and relay tile. The cost was less than other quotes I received for a similar job. I will be calling Torch for my future needs.

I had the install a new kitchen faucet and disposal. Raul was my service technician and he was very pleasant and respectful to work with. He had to work around my counter top installers and didn't miss a beat. The hot water shut off valve started leaking that evening but I text messaged Josh over the weekend and he was very quick to respond. Raul came back Monday and replaced the valve and all has been great since then. Only wish he would have checked that before he left on Friday because I had to pay for another service call--that was the only negative of the whole experience. I will be recommending Torch to anyone who asks for a plumbing reference. I am really satisfied with the experience.

My project was completed the same day I requested it. Installation was quick and clean. The cost of the installation was less than I thought it would be.

Very pleased with the services provided. In addition to the water heater repair, they installed a garbage disposal and fixed a leaky toilet. Completed all Jon's in about an hour and a half.

Raul and Chris installed a kitchen faucet in less than an hour. Arrived at the agreed upon time were very professional and charges were reasonable.

They did a great job and was well worth the cost of the service. I felt sorry for the plumber guys who had to dig out a ton of baby-wipes that the previous tenants had flushed down the toilets.

Torch Service Company came out on a Saturday and looked at my water heater leakage issue and were able to come back out on Monday morning to replace the water heater. Very pleased with them.

The plumber I usually use wasn't available. Torch was available the same day I called which was great! I was already off work so I didn't have to take an additional day off.

Professional staff

Josh was on time and very professional. He repaired a broken shower pipe, then installed the new shower fixture. He also repaired a leaking under sink pipe. The repairs were excellent. I highly recommend this man and his company!
