The man came out did excellent work and was very fast. He put in a kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, bathroom sink and fixed toilet in 1 1/2 hours and did excellent work.

I have used this company before and gave them a 5-star rating. I had two toilets that would not flush this time & a different young man came out. He acted more like a fast-talking salesman than a plumber. The first estimate he gave me was $60 higher than the high end of the estimate I was given on the phone. When I told him that, and said I could only afford to fix one of the toilets (not two), the rate was suddenly cheaper. My problem turned out to be two worn out handles. The "minimum" house call he charged seemed high for such a small problem. The man spent most of his house call time trying to talk me into buying brand-new toilets. This company is dependable and does good work, but I could certainly do without the high-pressure selling I was subjected to this time. This young man made me feel so uncomfortable, I almost asked him to leave my house before he finished fixing the problem. That is why I am only giving them 4 stars, instead of 5, this time around. Much as I hate to admit it, I'd probably use them again, just because I trust their work.
