OMGosh!! These guys were so fast and very good. Called them in the early AM and Todd was done in just a few hours. He was so nice and let me know everything he was going to do and then showed me everything. If you ever need a plumber I would highly recommend these guys. The gentleman take came out was helpful and even helped tighten some screws I could not get tight. I did not know how to rate the service call value....$425.00 was a lot for me to spend but I do not have anything to compare it with. I am glad it is fixed.

Work completed was fine; service technician was very helpful & professional; the reason for not recommending, was the cost. I tried to find out prior to the service call and I understood it was hard to troubleshoot until on-site. I stated to the sales representative that couldn't give me an estimate, with me saying, "well, I hope it's not $250!" That was the price I had to pay for replacing the kitchen sink spray hose (parts/labor). This will make me think twice about calling HomeAdvisor.
