they were prompt and came out within a few hours of calling them. repairs were done neatly and explained what they were doing. price seemed reasonable with repair requirements.

Matt was timely & thorough. He swiftly completed the task AND gave me an excellent contact for other work I needed done.

Paying for the experienced technician not the work needed. Call anyone else with a commercial snake machine to save yourself money. Work performed did not correlate to amount billed.

First of all, the ladies in the Torch office are very responsible and accommodating. I was impressed with them, and my good impression of Torch increased exponentially after I interacted with its service professionals. Todd Golightly installed a new garbage disposal and a new hot-water heater for me, and he also cleaned out the sewer line from my house to the City line, I do not t think he could have done a more perfect job! He truly takes prides in his work, and he is not satisfied with any job until it is in line with his standard of excellence. (He even corrects substandard work from previous contractors so the work meets his high expectations.) Finally, Todd is a great guy and is dependable, respectful, trustworthy, and easy to work with. I am completely happy with the jobs he did for me! (FYI, he was assisted by Ricky Hansard and Aaron Hamilton.)

Very quick response. Very knowledgeable on not only technical, but of local ordinances. In comparing their rate to other quotes they were much higher.

Their tech show up on time also identified himself as a company employee. Raul K. was very professional and identified the problem and immediately begins to isolate the problem. Also he clean up after he completed the job. The company prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend this company.

Matt was on time, courteous and very thorough. It is raining today and when he came in he put booties over his shoes so he wouldn't track in mud. Cleaned up after himself and offered a product to use once a week to stop future drain clogs.
