Kevin Baldwin is very professional and easy to work with. The work was completed very close to the timetable he outlined and the cost was exactly the estimate. When the concrete guys left a bit of a mess, he immediately made sure they came back to clean it up. He also adjusted some details and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We are quite pleased with the work on our new patio.

They we're prompt in visiting to take my order and in cashing my deposit check for half the work. I experienced major difficulties in scheduling installation. They installed all but two windows but had to re-order one because of their error in reading the dimensions. On two occasions, they scheduled an installation, I took a day off from work and they never showed up, nor did they call to reschedule. When it finally looked as if they were going to finish the job, they had to dispatch a second crew because the first one was afraid of heights! (It was a two-story house.) The windows are fine and the installation was OK (they left a lot debris behind), but they were a headache not worth repeating.

I am very satisfied with the results. Mr. Baldwin's crew did an excellent job with the detailed elements of my house -- namely, cutting the siding to fit the three half-moon windows on my house. Kevin was very responsive to my inquiries, and his crew was always courteous and helpful.

Wonderfully. The work began on time, the workers were polite, quiet, respectful, and tidy. The work was completed in four days and at the end of each workday, the workers gathered their supplies and equipment and secured it for the following day, and they also picked up all the trash and removed it. At the end of the job, we all inspected and they fixed anything I noticed, and completely removed all the trash from the site. The owner arrived the following day, after calling to secure an appointment, and we re-inspected the work, at which time I paid him the amount we agreed on. I would definitely hire him again for work.

We ordered the windows 11 weeks before they were able to come and install them. It took them two full days to do all of the windows. The installers were very polite and courteous although they arrived an hour later than they said they would on the second day without calling. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the work was finished and making sure everything looked up to par. The windows look great and I am very pleased.

Overall we were very pleased with our windows and with the installation. The length of time from when we ordered the windows to when they were installed was too long. In fact, they had to come out at the last minute to measure the windows cause that hadn't been done. Plus it rained for 3 weeks straight making installation impossible and was no fault of the company. Communication of a timeline for installation and ordering was difficult.

I was very happy with this company. We have actually already ordered more windows to be installed next month. It took them about 3 hours to install the windows. There were two people doing the work. They were very easy to get a hold of and easy to work with. They stored the old windows in our garage by our request.

For the quality we wanted, Window World had the best price. We had many companies come to our house, and some wanted twice as much for the same quality. We were satisfied with everything. The installation went without a hitch and the windows look great.

The windows themselves are wonderful. Window World did a great job installing everything and we only had a minor issue about picking up of the glass that had been replaced. Overall though I would still use them again since they were very upfront and honest.

The final result was really good. It seemed like we did have some problems with the follow up, but there were some weather related issues. Window World gave us top quality windows and demonstrated how to use them.

Window World is just 5 blocks from our house and they seemed reasonable so we went with them. The first 3 windows they did promptly, but now I'm waiting for them to come back and finish. Called a week ago and haven't called me back.
