We are a full service high end pool and spa service catering to discriminate customers that value their privacy and personable dependable service. One of our most popular services is our ALL-INCLUSIVE pool service where for one set price we do everything service and cleaning related for the pool, even include chemicals in the price! We also work on small above ground pools, water features, and fountains. We offer parts, filters, various repairs, liner changes, winter and solar covers, chemical sales and bulk chemical delivery along with standard pool opening and winterization services. Our weekly cleaning service is based on a flat rate backed by our "No Green Guarantee" which is if the pool gets green, we don't get our green. We have 2 requirements 1) to keep the appropriate amount of water in the pool, 2) pick up the phone and call us as soon anything is required or if you have a question. I usually carry 3-5 employees, occasionally use college student day labor, and on larger jobs subcontract out plastering, tile, and excavation. In Oklahoma pool repair and service companies are not required to have licensure, but construction valued over $25,000 does require a general contractor license. Unlike many pool companies we do not have trip charges or base our billing on distance from the office to the job site. Our fees are based on a per job basis and billed on a flat rate or a capped fee per job. So no getting charged to watch chemicals dissolve, paying for the drive over to then pay for the workm or paying for our employees to work on their tans. The Pool Guy does offer a 20% discount for Angie's List members on pool openings or the initial month of a 1 year service agreement. Over the last 10 years the glaring difference in my service from other companies is the development of friendships, a majority of our clients visit with us while we work on their pool, we take the time to do an immaculate job and build a relationship on a personal level. We are young but experienced, we've grown up with pools, love the sun, the water and the social activities having a pool in the backyard provides.
