They told us by phone that they suspected a lamp had gone out. Told us that would cause both the absence of a picture and the sound going off. Quoted us a price if that was the problem. Tony came out right on time and went straight to work. The price was exactly what they quoted. Will definitely use them again should we have a tv or stereo problem. Highly recommend!

"Yes the first time we did fix the set and that was 5/20/14 and you called on 9/25/14 and said the tv was blanking our so I asked you to bring in the set which you did that very day and I agreed that if it was the capacitors that I would take care of that even though it was out of any warranty we give (90 days parts & 30 days labor). We let the set play several days without failure then the technician took the set apart and checked to see if there were any capacitors that were failing and he didn't find any. We let the set play 8 hrs a day 5 days a week from 9/30 to 10/21 without one failure. We never got a call that the set failed right after you brought it home the second time. Not sure why this review was made 3 months after the last time it was here. We would have no reason to be dishonest and I am sorry that you feel that way. We strive to be an honest company."

Went great with one small glitch.  I had two similar 46" Samsung LCD TVs covered under the above mentioned Capacitor Settlement.
I took the 1st one in on 8/28 and picked it up the next day.  No problem, quick service.
I obtained a work order from Samsung for the 2nd TV on 8/29 but was not able to get it to the shop until 9/3, the deadline for repair under the Capacitor Settlement.  Someone at the repair shop ASSUMED the work order received from Samsung on or after 8/29 was a duplicate of the previous one and cancelled it.
Luckily I had all the pertinent information with me so called Samsung and obtained another work order.  I picked the TV up the next day.  Again, no problem, quick service.
My only advice to Professional TV is don't assume.  If I couldn't have taken the TV in until the next day, it would have been too late to get a new work order, or at least that argument could be made by Samsung.
Overall EXCELLENT service from Professional TV.  I would use them again.
The reason I rated "B" on professionalism was their motto "GOD-FAMILY-TV-JEEPS" on the wall and on the claim check.  I wasn't offended by it. It just seemed a little inappropriate for a place of business.  I'm leery of anyone who puts their politics and religion out front but have no position on TV or Jeeps.  It's actually kind of humorous and we are in Oklahoma.  In any case, Professional TV provided excellent and professional service.

Our statement GOD - FAMILY - TV - JEEPS is something we came up with because we are a Christian based company first , family comes second and TV's (repair) pays for the expense of having a trail Jeep. Its not our moto just a lighthearted statement. We are a fun family owned business for over 33 years."

Took it in at 10:30 am. They called me at noon and said it would be ready by 2:00 pm. It was and I was delighted.They charged $50.00 to diagnosis the problem. That $50.00 was applied to the repair fee. Technicians from a&e were going to charge $100. for diagnosis only. These people were very kind, prompt, and their facility was neat and clean. We used to have an appliance store here in El Reno, and these folks did all their repair service. They highly recommended them as do I.

On the first occasion the repairman after making some initial repairs determined that the tv could not be repaired without excessive expense and recommended replacing it.On the latest the repairman quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.
