We decided to use patriot roofing because the initial salesmen said all the right things and they had good reviews. The reality of the situation is that patriot roofing is poorly run and it bleeds into everything they do. At every step of the process, they failed to communicate. They sent people to our house with no heads up. This happened 5 separate times, I wfh so not only is this inconsiderate, it's really scary to see strange men walking around your property in the middle of the day with no context. **Also no vehicle or clothing identification. We picked out a dark gray color for the fascia and gutters, they installed white with no explanation and didn't complete the job. They left one side of the house w/o gutters and never replaced the wrapped porch posts. In addition, the fascia has two different designs and has popped out in several spots, we called them back to repair it once, but it happened again. (this is really dangerous for a home bc water can get in) The actual crews were unprofessional and inappropriate. They also left trash, cigarette butts, nails, and old materials all over the border of our house and in the flower beds. Overall it took patriot 14 months to complete the work as we contacted them in April of 2021, the roof was replaced in August of 2021, The screens were done in November of 2021, the fascia in March 2022, and the gutters were done in June 2022. Keep in mind no contact was made during these breaks of time. In July 2022, they mailed a $1500.00 bill. Do yourself a favor and go with a better-organized company that actually completes the job before they mail you a bill.

I called just needing a small patch on my roof. Patriot Roofing got my whole roof redone and a lot of small work I had been holding off on repairing!

Patriot Roofing was,extremely professional, punctual, trustworthy and aware of my personal request...they went above and beyond to complete the task. During the install there was a really big rainstorm. I was extremely concerned about the roof leaking due to the rain and part of the shingles being removed. Patriot Roofing assured me that there would be no leaks and that the job would still be completed on time. They held to their word and finished the job on time. I would recommend patriot roofing to anybody that was looking to have a roast replace due to h*** damage, storm damage, or just wear and tear over the years. I'm 100% sure that there is no job too big for Patriot Roofing

I couldn't be more pleased! They were timely, answered all of my questions, and kept their word. The biggest surprise I had was how fast they can completely dismantle a roof and replace it with another one! Quality Quality Quality - all the way through from the first word with Clint to receiving my guarantee in writing! These people were very much a blessing to me. Thanks guys, keep up the good work. My roof had been badly damaged in a storm, including the gutters and one garage door. Clint walked me through the claim and inspection process. He was most helpful and has a wonderful attitude. I believe he does understand how devastating and frustrating storm damage can be. They replaced my roof with a beautiful new roof and in the process they repaired portions of the roof edges and all of the gutters, even one of my garage doors that had been damaged. They repaired and painted everything so well it looks like a new house. They replaced the whole roof in a day and spent another day finishing the other damaged that was done. It couldn't have been better!! I absolutely recommend Clint and Patriot Roofing. The product is excellent. The people/company is trustworthy. Clint has integrity and he stayed in touch with me through the process. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd rate them at least a 29!

Following the hail storm I called the insurance company. While waiting on the adjuster to arrive, Clint Neher, Patriot Roofing, came by and asked to assess the damage. Other roofing companies also came by to do the same thing. I liked Clint immediately and felt a connection right away. The roofers arrived early one morning and completed the entire roof in one day. A few days later the new gutters were installed and the painting was done. The workers were just outstanding. They worked hard and displayed professionalism while working on my house. I will recommend them to any of my family, friends and neighbors.
