Do Not Use This Company! The movers didn't cover my furniture and when me and my sister asked them about covering it they lied and told us they used dividers so the furniture wouldn't touch and as a result several pieces of my furniture was damaged including a broken handle on my Bombay chest. Then one of the movers tried to tell me the damage was already done, which I know it wasn't as I had pictures to prove it. They did reduce the price by $100, per my request, and told me they would waive the 5% credit card fee as well and when I contacted Duran, the person I scheduled with, the following day after discovering more damage I didn't initially see he told me he would talk with the Owner and get back to me, which he never did and to date I have had no other resolution and also discovered when I found my receipt, via text message, they didn't waive the 5% fee. I had also tried to contact them a few times only to get their voicemail, which was full, and his cell number was disconnected.

The owner talked a good game about how careful and professional they would be but the service was terrible. They were 2 hours late and only sent 2 movers when we had agreed on 3 movers. they did not bring the needed moving supplies they needed so they had to use our flat dolly and tape. The movers they sent out were young and inexperienced, they broke a lamp and one of my recliners. When they were done, they offered me and my 17 year old son a beer. The agreed upon price went up at the end of the move and to add insult to injury, they threw their trash out the window of their truck as they left. It was the worst move we ever experienced.

They are really careful and paid attention to everything, really awesome. I would hire them again in the future.
