wore COVID mask. Called 30 minutes before heading to my house. Took pictures of the ductwork problems both before and after repairs. Very courteous. Can tell a big difference in reduction of time A/C runs now.

Wore COVID Protective Gear. Called last minute for AC repair during 4th of July weekend said he will try to stop by at 4pm called back around 2:30pm and said 5pm... was ON TIME which is huge for me as I m a Flight Attendant and on time is 5 minutes late- but he was right on time . Fixed my issue with my AC and made recommendations to keep my AC unit running ... I would recommend!
