AWFUL!! The salesman was fine, but the manager was a bully. He belittled the potential buyer (seemed more concerned with his own ego). The way she was treated was beyond unacceptable!! Our family owns 5 Toyota's. We will NEVER step foot in this dealership again, and all friends will be told about the terrible treatment by this manager. If someone doesn't want what you're pushing, verbally attacking a person is no way to gain their business or goodwill. Recommendation: go somewhere else!! Any where!!

Always been good, that is why we go back. Good service, they stand behind it. Really good service.

We use them twice a year, its an pretty routine thing. Whatever the car needs done, we take it there. They are good people.

They are close to where we live and they do a good job. They are an authorized Toyota dealership and that is what we are driving. They check up with us afterward to see if anything is wrong or anything that we are not happy with. They do good quality control. I will continue to use them.

I had the car towed there Wed morning. I called them a couple of time and was told it hadn't been delivered. The roadside assistance company called them and the towing service.The towing service insisted they delivered it that morning. That afternoon roadside assistance called other Hudiburgs to see if they had it, while, out of desperation, I started calling unrelated dealerships to see if had been delivered to the wrong place. One of them called me back to say she called the service manager at Hudiburg Toyota and he confirmed to her that they had it, and that he would be calling me. Finally, 20 minutes later (about 2:30), someone (not the service manager) called to say they had it, but, it was too late for them to do the diagnostics that day. Clearly no one had bothered to actually walk outside to see if the car was sitting there. It was. (When I got home that night I had a message left by someone else at Hudiburg at 10:23 that morning saying they had the car and needed to know what was wrong with it.) They sent a courtesy car to pick me and take to the dealership, where they rented me a car (no loaner). It wasn't until late Thursday that they called me with the result - bad solenoid valve or possibly I needed a new transmission.
I returned the rental car Friday morning and asked to speak to the service manager, but got someone else. I felt they should not have charged me for the rental because, if they had looked at my car Wed. morning and told me Wed afternoon the results, I wouldn't have needed to rent a car from them. Instead they charged for the rental, but didn't charge for the more expensive diagnostic.
The roadside assistance guy, tow company and I spent a lot of time (and worry on my part) unnecessarily trying to locate my car. In the end, I decided to pay to have the car towed to different repair shop for the actual repairs, even though it meant waiting 3 weeks to get my car back. It was their lack of responsiveness, not taking responsibility for not knowing they had the car, and the failure of the service manager to call me back or offer to comp me for the rental that made me decide to go elsewhere for the repairs.

Well the truck was due for the 90k belt replacement and that was initally what I requested. Once they got into the job it was noted that the weep hole had signs of the seal starting to leak. They were good enough to send pictures, which did show some signs of leakage.They also tried to sell some other services which I declined.Overall I was very satisifed as they also gave me a discount on the services and the work came with a 1 year warranty.

,We were pleasantly surprized by the way it all went as we had dreaded looking for and buying a new car. We had decided on a Toyota because we saw they were favorly rated in Consumer Reports. All went very well and we are happy with the purchase and the niceness of all at the dealership.

I've been taking my car here since 1965. They are excellent maintenance people. They check everything for me. They have preformed checks on my air conditioning, and everything on their checklist at 80,000 miles. They also preformed every other courtesy check for me. They always have coffee and donuts out for the customers.

I use them on a regular basis. They are prompt, honest, and I don't worry about anything when I go there. Their prices are competitive too even though they are a dealership.

My last visit was for an oil change. I have always been happy with them, and I have always felt like I have been dealt fairly with. They are friendly and are always prompt in their service. I have always been satisfied with the completion of the job. They follow up with me and want me to be 100% satisfied with their work. I have never had a problem with anything that they have fixed. Their pricing is average, and it is in line with other providers; I think all service providers are high in terms of the price. I would use them again in the future.
