After 12+ years, our VW Jetta wagon was hinting to us that he was tired and ready to die. For a long time I had wanted Subaru Forester. After extensive searches on the internet comparing prices, I decided to go to Hudiburg. My husband went with me. On entering the sales building, we were greeted by a receptionist and the manager . Adam, one of the sales staff came up to us and what we were looking for then escorted us to his office where we waited while he took our car to be inspected for trade in value and brought a Forester up to the front door for us to look at. He went over the basics of the car , explaining interesting functions and the computer system. Then he took us for a test drive with him driving first, then me. After the test drive he took us to his office to talk numbers. I really detest the negotiating process so pretty quickly gave him our final numbers, based on my internet research. Adam spoke to the manager and was able to get us the price we wanted and great trade-in value. Both he and the manager were friendly and responsive without being pushy. The color of car that we wanted wasn't available locally, but they were able to get one from a dealership in Texas. We refinanced our car through the dealership , which was a fairly easy process. We were offered an extended warranty and something similar. When we declined, the topic was immediately dropped, unlike other businesses where they make you feel like a total idiot for wanting to decline their wonderful extended warranty that offers so much extra for so little (yeah, right.) A few days later when our car arrived, sooner than had been originally expected, and we went to pick it up, Adam noticed that there was some dirt left on the rear hatch , which I would not have noticed, but offered to have the car detailed again for free in a few days or a couple weeks. He took half an hour to go over the car with us , explaining in more detail some of the more complicated functions with the computer, which was much appreciated. He paired our phones with the Bluetooth and set up some contacts in the phone book. Overall, Adam took quite a bit of time with us when we were looking and then again when we went to pick up our car . He really went above and beyond , compared to my past experiences at other car dealerships. After the purchase , he called a few times to make sure we didn't have any questions about our car and were not having any problems with it. I was very satisfied with our experience at Hudiburg Subaru and will definitely go there in the future.

It was a typical dealership experience.  They lent me a newer Outback for the day while they worked on my vehicle.  Pete the mechanic is very good at what he does and is a no nonsense guy.  He isn't pushy making you second guess yourself either..straight and to the point.  The service was great and the car runs a lot better now (2011 Outback @ 65k miles).  No complaints.

The salesperson was very impressive. I had done a lot of research and was down to two vehicles, and he was very knowledgeable about the cars and very friendly. He made me feel very safe and secure buying from him. The whole atmosphere was not a push and shove buying experience.

We love the car, but our experience with the sales department was awful. We had some concerns and emailed Darcy Johnson several times and got no response, then we called and left numerous messages. None were returned. Finally we had to drive there and were treated as if we were a major inconvenience! Our finance lady Andrea was quite deceptive regarding our terms and warranty, if her English was better maybe we would have understood better!

Wow - All-time best car buying experience. No hassle - no pressure - no mention of buying - or even making a deal suggestion. I was relaxed and did not feel like I had to guard everything I said! Friday morning I filled our the Consumer Reports (CR) Car Survey. I had looked at many cars and nothing hit the spot - I wanted to consolidate to one good vehicle that had great utility and comfort. I checked CR to see out of curiosity their #1 rated car and it was a Subaru - Very surprised. I did some research but decided to drop by the dealer on the way home. I made an Internet inquiry - got back a nice email and also received a voicemail.I stopped by and looked at th Forester - drove it - nice car - then sat in the Outback! What a wonderful feel. I drove one and knew that I had found the luxury utility mix I wanted.The Sales people were so considerate - again - no pressure - Mitch my sales guy - nice and honest; Brad the Sales Manager - up front but not confrontive - Efficient on paperwork - and Diane knows her stuff; Bethany - knows her cars and their functionality!! Great mixture of people and so easy to talk with.I have waited a long time to feel real pleasure in buying a car. Thanks to all of you at Hudiburg.

I will use them again in the future.
