Requested half-circle graceful bed of grass plants. Instead they installed a long and straight bed with the plants lined up like soldiers standing in a row.
Requested "brown" color metal bed edging to  blend into and match existing edging....they installed "green" color edging and installed it four inches higher than the existing edging they were supposed to match. After multiple complaints, they returned weeks later to lower the edging, but did not replace it with the correct color after saying they could not afford to.
During instalationl, they cut through "line Voltage" wires in multiple places. They refused to pay for my license bonded electrician to make the repairs.
 We requested that they weed and edge a 100 ft. long X 25 ft. deep  professionally installed existing ground cover bed.
Instead of performing the task as directed, they mowed the entire bed to bare dirt.
We requested that they move an existing bed of plants to a new location. Instead, the plants disappeared all together.
Midway through the process, they claimed to be in a budget crisis and came to the house at night to collect payment in full, which was paid.
When asked to correct all of of their mistakes, we were informed that they were not charging us for the wrong edging, not coming back, and that we were insulting, embarrassing, and ignorant people.
We have long-term excellent relationships with many wonderful professional landscapers in this city.
We have never had an experience like this.
