I was really disappointed with Dandy Homes. I bought my trailer from them and I had a lot of problems with them, they were supposed to do this and that, they never did it. At that time I did a claim on them at the Better Business Bureau, and they said that they didn't do anything wrong. So there was no resolution.
They gave me the wrong coloured carpet that i ordered, they didn't change the sinks out like they were supposed to, on the 29th day (they gave me 30 days to fix something), the hot water heater went out, and they didn't put it right, they did replace the hot water heater which they were absolutely mad about it, but they didn't put a drain, it's a little round thing that holds the water in case it starts, it's supposed to be code, you have to have a metal round thing that the hot water heater sits on, I bought it in February and it was supposed to be done, and I kept coming back and back and it was never done. ANd it took them like, about three months for them to finish it. They didn't fix everything, they just half did it, they didn't fix the master bathroom - it had a leak in the sink. I can't even use it now. The sink had a leak in it and it busted and it ruined my carpet and everything and I had to take the carpet up.
The whole thing was a nightmare. I have all this stuff with the Better Business Bureau, I still have the report.
Don't do business with them!
