Caribbean Pool Plastering and Tile

The plaster job was completed at the end of April. .Weeks later it started getting streaks in the plaster. Now six months later we are having more problems with the plaster. It looks like dirt at the bottom of the pool in the deep end. Brushing does not make it disappear.

I asked my contractor to call and have Caribbean Pool and Plaster come out and check the plaster wok due to this problem. I never got anywhere with him. He never seemed to make an appointment for us.

I called Mr. Garcia at Caribbean Pool and Plaster four months ago about the streaks. He said that he was going on vacation and he would get back to me when he got back. That never happened. I have called repeatedly and get only a voice mail. I have left many messages and never have had a phone call returned. On two occasions when I finally reached him directly, he made appointments to come out to look at the pool and then never showed up. The last appointment he made to come out was four days ago. He never showed up again. I called him the day of the last appointment and also sent a text to find out if he was still coming because we were waiting for him. He did not respond. I have tried two more times to contact him and now his voice mail is full.

This company is the worst. We couldn't get him to respond, finally another pool guy who hires him as a contractor reached him, he came out, looked at the pool and said yes it had to be redone, and we never heard from him again. 
Another person who used him was left with a half-finished pool. They said they had to litigate to get the money he owed them.
