I took it back and made me pay for one hour, to confirm what I told them that I needed done. It was $119 and then they charged me a $50 deductible upfront, so I had to pay them $179 before they would even take the vehicle. I was told at times that if I didn't like it, I could take it somewhere else. I've been going there for 20 years. I would never step foot in their place again. When I first took it in, there were several elements that we agreed to correct. They never did correct them, every time I took it in, they either didn't fix it or look at it. When I picked it up for Christmas vacation, I got 60 miles and it broke down on me. It was a computer, electrical problem.
Description of Work: Camping World checked the oil pressure on my RV. It's a Winnebago on a Mercedes drive line.

We initially took our motor home in to them to install two new awnings for us and on Thursday evening when they called to pick it up the next morning is when I hail storm went through and it completely demolished the top of the motor home. It took everything on the top, side and all that kind of stuff. I understand accident like that happening but we still didn’t have our motor home back. They had a service manager who kept having excuse after excuse and just didn’t come back. We are just waiting on that still. We found out alternately that he had been lying to me all time and everything that he said had been done had not been done. Then some of them were found when they hired new department manager but it has been since May 20th they have had our motor home and we haven’t had the opportunity to use. If this had been done efficiently then it should had been completed within two weeks.
Description of Work: Camping World repaired our motor home.
