Auto Body Work
They located the cause of the leak (a clogged drain tube) and fixed it at no cost even though it was not caused or a result of my previous hail damage claim.

The work they did was really excellent! Getting them to do all the work that was required before they released the vehicle to us was another matter. First of all, they kept the vehicle way beyond the promised time ( a month!) Then, when the did say we could pick it up, they had not done everything. The mud flaps were supposed to be repainted and were not. Then, after we did pick it up, the auto door key would not work because they had not reset the new mechanism. Then, the front bumper had a gap that kept widening. We had to take it back for all of those things and wait an unusually long time for each thing to be done! Not sure I would choose them again...

Auto Body Work
My 2004 Lexus RX 330 was damaged by a hail storm last year, so a friend recommended I take it to Body Works for repair.
First, their office is not well managed; I had to make an appointment in advance, but when I got there I had to wait and wait for the representative to show up. Second, I had to wait until the next week to bring my car back in. Third, it has been three weeks and while the car is "finished" they will not let me have it because they went way over the estimate they gave me and GMAC (my insurance company) and will not release the car to me until they know GMAC will pay for the overage--which is about twice what they originally agreed for the job with GMAC. They say if GMAC won't give them the overage, I have to pay it because it is in the contract I signed. I have no copy of such contract. Besides, the fight is betweem Body Works and GMAC, not me. I now have my lawyer working on this.
As for the quality of their work, I only managed to do a quick "look around" as the sun was already very low in the sky, but I could see that the painters left compound past all over the outside of the car. They also created a big hole in the paint on a passenger door where they apparently rubbed the paint and protective coating off but did not repair it.
I will keep this review updated but I want it to be posted ASAP so others won't have the same experience.

"We regret the issues surrounding this repair and remain dedicated to resolving any outstanding concerns. It is common for additional damage to be identified and need to be repaired. When this takes place we have to contact the insurance company and negotiate an agreed price. Currently we are trying to obtain this. We realize the inconvenience based on this and we have provided the customer, at our expense, a rental vehicle, to minimize any further inconvenience to the customer.
