Description of Work: Big Sky was super nice to deal with but we determined that the deal was for homes built after 1978 due to lead abatement concerns.

Description of Work: The crew was great. It took 3 days cause day two they ran out of material but over all the roof turned out great. Gustavo handled the inspection and collection very well. He really made sure my wants were met and they even cut me a deal on the replaced panels.

Description of Work: I asked for a roof inspection for hail damage, and was advised that no damage was seen, but three (3) areas need maintance, and they could fix them now at no cost.

Description of Work: The owner of Big Sky (Greg) told me that I should request a refund. He didn't perform any service that he he would charge for. He said he would not take any money from Angies list. He felt there may be some confusion over the description of the big deal that I had bought. He did inspect my roof and was very helpful and friendly. I appreciate his honesty.

Description of Work: I called for an appointment for an estimate for a roof repair. Set the appointment and no one showed up nor did they call to say they were not coming. It was raining, and I understand they couldn't do the estimate that day, but they could have called to reschedule. When I called them, they said, "Well, it was raining." I said, "Yes, and how were you going to reschedule if no one called?" Set another appointment and no one showed up again, and no one called. I work in another town, so I have to to drive to my home in order to make the appointments. I did. When I called the second time to see why the appointment was not kept, the man answering the phone took my number and said, "I will call you right back." An hour later, I called again, and got the answering machine saying it was now after hours and I could leave a message. I did. I asked them to cancel any further appointments with their company. Very poor customer service and business practices. Disappointing in that they are on Angie's List.

Description of Work: REPRESENTATIVE SPRAY PAINTED THE PIPE LEADING FROM THE FURNACE IN THROUGH THE ROOF AND INSPECTED THE ROOF FOR ANY DAMAGE. REPRESENTATIVE ASSURED ME THE ROOF WAS IN GOOD CONDITION.

Description of Work: Jason came out to look at possible damage to our roof from the hail storm. He was very honest with me that not only did we not have damage, but he was very complimentary of the roofing work that we had done by another contractor after the 2010 storm. I appreciated his candor and will definitely call him again if (when) we need a roofing contractor.

Description of Work: Jason from Big Sky was professional, punctual and very knowledgeable about the problems with our roof. We had another roofing contractor( the one that installed the roof ) come out three times to fix the leaks in our roof. Our roof was only 4 years old and had leaked from the first few months after the other contractor installed it. Jason came out for the estimate and pointed out several potential causes for the continuing leaks. The estimate was very reasonable and Big Sky came on the scheduled day to do the repairs. Repairs were completed in one day. Big Sky and Jason went above and beyond anything any one else did. Thanks Jason and Big Sky! We appreciate your excellent job! Plus we have a limited guarantee, something we didn't have previously with the other contractor. Thanks again!

Description of Work: We had a leak, Jason and coworker came out repaired the leak at no charge. He also told us about hail damage and how we should Handle it. We would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Previous roofer (a fly by night) had left a bunch of nail bumps and a leak at one of the peaks. Big Sky repaired the nail bumps and fixed the leak. Couldn't be happier. Will call them next time we need a roof.

Description of Work: Noticed new roof leaking after earthquake. Seals around several pipes must have broken/come loose--rain coming down pipes. Have a very, very steep roof. Called Big Sky--they came out and agreed that the seals were the problem. They have $235 minimum steep roof charge. Always able to reach Greg via cell. They felt bad about the minimum charge, so they did a roof inspection, fixed numerous nail head pop-ups, and tacked down some loose shingles whiule they were up there. They also fixed the seals--no more leaking. Bill was for the quoted $235.

Description of Work: I had my roof replaced as part of an insurance claim. As yet I have not detected any problem with the materials used; however, the level of professionalism during installation left a lot to be desired. The workers never did communicate with me about what would happen and when. First, I burned a day of vacation from my job waiting on the roofing crew to show up because I'd been informed that they would be there in the morning; they didn't show up until early evening. I was told they'd needed to finish another job then went to lunch and took a break before starting on my house. Which would not have been a problem had someone notified me as I too had things to do. Second, they did not communicate what time they would arrive the next morning; my family was awakened at the crack of dawn (6:30am) by hammering on the roof. Third, when the job was done they'd left a huge mess around the house, a lot of nails and debris. I had to call them back out to come clean up after they had left- because I'd driven over a roofing nail which resulted in a flat. I'd literally just bought brand new tires. They showed up after dark to clean up, approximately 9:30pm, and entered the backyard without notifying me of their presence, again terrifying my family. I almost shot one to fhe workers who was standing outside my son's bedroom window. Fourth, when I called the office to notify them about the poor professionalism, thee job foreman came to my door and told me to stop making trouble for him. His statement came across as a threat. Fifth, one of the workers spent an hour vomiting outside my office window. The smell lasted for quite some time afterwards.

Description of Work: I had the big deal done on my roof for 149.this was a great deal.My husband adn I and getting to old to get up on the reef to check things and he did a grat job.He fixed what needed to be fixed and even did a couple of thing for us that were not included.He covered our stove pipe for us and moved a railroad tie in our driveway.I just had back surgery and he really helped me out.I will call this company when my roof needs replacing.

Description of Work: Called and reported a small issue with our roof. Greg came out first thing the next morning, inspected the roof, fixed the problem and didn't charge a dime. Speedy response and honored the warranty. Will definitely use this company for future replacement or repairs.

Description of Work: This is a great Company. Their technician came to my home and was very prompt and courtious. He inspected my roof and game me a fair quote. Big sky was unable to help me because I needed a rush job. The technecian referred me to another company that did a great job. These guys are fair, honest and trustworthy. They are now who I'll talk to first, for all my roofing needs. If you live on OKC, call big Sky first.
