Brian did an excellent job. He called an emailed several times to ensure an exact appointment. He also comes to your home. Let me repeat that. He comes to your home! How many people that you do business with come to your home anymore in an exact appoint time? Not many. He showed up exactly on time and started work promptly. He asked several questions about the unit to install and my preferences. The install took about 2 1/2 hours due to the complexity but he did an excellent job and spent time walking me through some of the features. I will use him again when I install a backup camera or any other audio equipment. He also does home networking and other electronic work and I will use him for any other type of work. I was very impressed with his professionalism, the price, and the scheduling. Great experience with Brian at Audio Extremist!
