Arbor Masters Tree Service of Oklahoma

I have used them several times and I really like them. They come when they say they are going to. Their price is more than competitive for removing and grinding the stump with everybody else. So, they are my favorite tree service people. They are the best. I recommended them to a neighbor since they had a tree limb fall on their house. Arbor Masters came out right away with their heavy equipment and it was after a storm. My neighbors were really pleased too. They know what they are doing and they are absolutely no nonsense. They did a really good job when they were last here. They are fast. I asked them some questions and they are really happy to answer questions that you have about the trees and tree care. It was $425 for trimming and lifting two big trees. I have used them for a long time. I feel like they know what they are doing. They take care of things. I had a pine tree removed that was right next to the house that was really large and had apparently been topped in the storm at some point. They were careful when they took out the stump. When you grind the stump, you have to be careful when it’s close to the house and I think they did a really good job. They also cleaned up their mess afterwards and that’s always a help. Their pricing is competitive. They are probably not the cheapest, but you wouldn’t want idiots pulling out trees. I think I got my money’s worth. They are not a super bargain, but they really know what they are doing. Fortunately, the remaining trees are not next to the house. Their quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism are all excellent. I would definitely use them again.

After reading the reviews on Angie's List, I contacted Arbor Master's via their web site.  After completing the estimate request form one night, I had a phone call the next morning saying their guy would be out on the next Wednesday to perform the estimate.

Their estimate actually offered to do more work than what I had originally asked for and at a cheaper price than another tree service had given me.

After reviewing the estimate I made a call back to the company to ask a few questions.  I spoke with the arborist that came out (Randy) and he was very friendly and explained things in a very easy to understand way.  He was very upfront with me that it would be 5-6 weeks before he would be able to do the work as he was booked solid.  We didn't have a problem with that and appreciated his honesty.  Since I was going out of town, I told him that I would fax in the signed estimate after I returned.

Last week, I made a follow up call to see where we were at on his list.  He was very apologetic for not getting to our house yet, but I assured him that I wasn't calling to complain and that I only wanted to get an update and told that we actually did not expect him for another two weeks.  He was out to our house the very next day.  =)  THAT is great service.  We didn't expect him to be out there and I even told him that if it was a week or two longer, or more if needed, then that would be fine too.

Overall, this company showed extreme courtesy and professionalism.  Hopefully we don't need to use them again anytime soon, but won't hesitate to call them back if we do.

Arbor Masters were prompt in returning my calls and showing up to my house. They were also very good at cleaning up after themselves. They are trusted and insured.

Overall I was happy with their service. Quality and professionalism were there at a good price which was significantly lower than a competitor. The only negative was the wait. They did tell me they were backlogged, no pun intended. I had to wait roughly 6 weeks.

I spent $600 on the job. They were prompt and they cleaned up well after the service. They trimmed a little more than I wanted, but it was my fault for not being more specific. I will use them again in the future.

Went fine. I've used this company for several years and would highly recommend them.
