Work was done, but not best quality. Alex will not return my phone calls and text messages. I am not pleased with work this company did.

We did everything in our power, including sending my crew back out twice at our own expense, to address the issues this customer had with the broom finish. Unfortunately, he had already decided that no matter what we did, he would find a reason to complain."

Was NOT a professional job. Alex suggested a brushed finish. I agreed, my old patio had a brushed finish. Their "brushed finish" was very very rough and deep. The very worst thing was that the patio was not finished properly. It should have been smoothed before they put a finish on it. It was horrible. I was/am extremely unhappy. Alex did come out when I complained . His crew spent two or three hours trying to sand down the finish. Since the patio wasn't smoothed properly to begin with, no amount of sanding would fix it. I feel bad every time I look at it. I am so disappointed.

"We apologize you are not completely satisfied with our work; however, we did all we could do to please you. A broom finish is generally what is recommended for all exterior concrete to ensure the work is slip-resistant."

It went well. We were happy with their work. They had to determine where to put the chandelier to center it in the opening. They worked quickly, and stayed focused on what they were doing.

They did an excellent job. A small delay due to rain but still completed in a timely manner. Sprinkler system also had to be moved. I felt they did the job for a reasonable cost. Overall, very pleased and would use them again.

There were probably about 6 workers and it took about a week. I would give the clean up probably an 8 on a 10 scale. They were extremely customer responsive to our requests.

This is the 2nd job Alex has done for me. His crew does a great job. They start the job on time. They are there everyday on time and do awesome work. I couldn't be happier!!! I love my new back yard driveway!!!!

After last review I gave for the work, Alex contacted me to see what he could do for me to repair the damage done to both He and I. Though most of the problems mentioned in the review I could easily fix myself and already had been fixed, I was satisfied that he was willing to come over and fix the problems himself. He seems to be interested in maintaining good customer relations.

Great! Alex came out the same day I called to give me an estimate. I hired him that day because of his great reviews. His crew started on time just Alex said. They worked Monday through Friday until the job was completed. They even worked a couple of hours on a Sunday cutting the concrete so they could finish the job on Monday. They did run over a couple of extra days, but it was not a problem and Alex keep me up to date at all times. When the patio was finished it looked beautiful. I did notice a few breaks in the concrete and places where the sealant did not quite cover the concrete. Alex had his crew back out immediately and fixed the breaks and completely resealed the entire patio again. I love it. They did an awesome job. I will need them again soon to replace my blacktop driveway with concrete.
