It went fine. Josh was able to take a look at the problem and explain why the coil on the bottom of the unit was frosting up. He explained clearly what the problem was and why it was occuring. I really wanted someone who was experienced to explain why the coils were frosting up, even though I realized that it was probably not cost effective to try to repair a window unit, even a large one like this. I'm very satiisfied with J&J Mechanical.
