Roof-Tech is Great!!!  This is a company that handles its service with care and professionalism.   The company knows everything about roofing and everything you need to know to make an informed decision.  If you need a company with a reputation for quality and honest dealing look no further!!!  Its owner is focused on customer service.  He handles all the sales and service aspects himself so you know he's vested in what he's telling you during your free estimate or consultation.  He's local in a real way, not just some company looking to buy a local name and exploit it during the stormy seasons.  I've never seen so many roofing companies as I do when a storm comes to town.  But I know what few names I have seen after the storm leaves and one of those names is Roof-Tech of Oklahoma.   This is important because I've personally dealt with out-of-town companies that no longer exist or take your calls after the storm business is finished.   Every time I've needed service after the sale I can reach the owner and it's his smiling face that shows up to handle the service call personally, and he has a great reputation with insurance companies because of his ethical business practices.  If your adjuster doesn't get the claim right, the owner of Roof Tech has the reputation and experience to show them why that claim needs to be adjusted to do the job right.  I personally had this experience and the owner was able to meet with the adjuster and show him what he was seeing on the roof and the adjuster fixed the claim.  This saved me a considerable amount I was going to have to pay out of pocket, and truthfully it was money owed to us under our insurance policy. Just another benefit of having an ethical and experienced roofing company on your side.  As for this particular job, the copper gutters were installed with excellent precision, great craftsmanship and the price was a fraction of what others in the area were charging.  Roof-Tech's prices compete with or beat anyone I've ever dealt with on roofing needs.

Very unhappy. Company can not be found and BBB has same contact info. as we do. They have an unsatisfactory rating with BBB, one of the area's is not honoring their warranty.

Roof Tech left our roof open and exposed. A rainstorm came through causing massive damage. They refused to reimburse us for the damage. They were very unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anybody.

Roof Tech did an excellent job on our roof. They were upfront about the cost and time the work would take and explained everything they would do. They worked really hard and got the job done in no time, and they cleaned up everything before they left.
