Ever since a friend referred me to Ricky Jennings years ago, I've never taken my vehicles to anyone else. He is honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He takes the time to explain what has gone wrong, and has never tried to sell me something I didn't need. If a factory repair part was expensive, he offered lower cost options, such as generic or rebuilt parts. I find him very trustworthy. The only bad thing is that, due to his quality work, he stays very busy, and it is sometimes hard for him to find time to work on your vehicle.

They gave an accurate estimate, provided quick service since the radiator had just blown a leak and we barely made it to the shop, provided great service. Very nice people who appear to be honest and upstanding. We would definitely use their repair services again.

On December 27, 2011, they replaced the blower motor in my 2004 Impala. They did the job quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable. On July 15, the blower motor stopped working. Before I had not defroster for the windshield. This time I have no air conditioning. I called and the person that answered the phone said that Ricky was on vacation and would not be back until August 13. He said he was only answering the phone for Ricky and that he could not repair the problem. I have had no air conditioning during the hottest part of the year. On the morning of August 13, I went to the shop and there were three men sitting and watching TV. They said Ricky was not there and to come back at one. I came back and he said I cannot look at it today but come back Thursday morning and he would look at it. If it was the blower motor, he would replace it, because it had a one year warranty.
My son took the car there this morning. I had to work. He said that there were tons of cars sitting around, but that the place was locked up and no one was there. I call the phone number and there was no answer.
I checked with auto zone in July and the part is $80. My son and his friend could replace it but I would like to have it replace for no cost as it has a warranty.
Not very responsible, accountable, or professional.
