About us

We are a full-line Musical Instrument store with a wide variety of Instruments and Accessories ranging from traditional School Band and Orchestra to Combo gear like guitars, amps, keyboards, drums, PA systems, and home recording studio gear. We are the point of contact for the only local Band Instrument repair technician. We accept all major credit/debit cards and do offer Layaway.

Services we offer

We offer Music Lessons on most instruments, including guitar, bass, piano, drums, brass, woodwind, and string orchestra instruments. We do basic acoustic guitar repair, along with string changes and set-ups. We offer all varieties of electric guitar repair and maintenance, including string changes, set-ups, rewiring, and pickup installation. Our Band Instrument repair tech is qualified in all areas of brass and woodwind repair and restoration.

Services we don't offer

We do not offer large-scale Pro Audio installation services, although we can obtain a large variety of equipment. We do not have qualified teachers for double reeds, banjo, pedal steel guitar, or fiddle at this time.

They have a "Guitar Spa" that is a thorough cleaning and polishing of your guitar and I provided two rather different examples in very different condition. First one was a beginner Epiphone that was not in the best condition due to it being originally purchased for one of my children. It was missing a stiring, was very dusty and dirty all over due to neglect. The guitar looks as good as the day I bought it and it definitely feels better with the fretwork and neck adjustment cleaning up the action on a mass production guitar. My second guitar was a well maintained higher end Takemine that is my guitar. They polishing and finishing really brought out the beauty in a 14 year old guitar. Additonally he lowered the action and really cleaned up the "playability" of the guitar. To get all this for $40, which inlcudes strings that can otherwise cost $10-20 is a great value What really stood out was that he (Mike Wilson) took the time to talk to me about what I wanted and I was so impressesd that I am taking my 32 year old banjo to him for a "spa treatment" and I decided to take lesson to help me become a better player.
