This company was used when I called American Home Shield for a problem I had with my central air and the price is based off the fee from American Home Shield. The gentleman that came out to my home was very professional and punctual. Turns out that a screw had gotten loose and was jammed into one of the "fans" in my central air system located in my garage, preventing it from circulating the cool air that is a MUST on a hot Oklahoma day. He showed me the part that was affected and I saw the screw was lodged pretty deep between the "blades" and the damaged caused, preventing the fan from rotating and doing it's job. Having been very disappointed, considering that i pretty much had those equipment replaced after some water damage from the previous summer, he took the time to correct the problem by taking that component completely apart, without being a lazy, greedy repairman that would normally say that they'd have to replace the whole part. I would definitely recommend him and having first hand experience with this company, I'd definitely use this company's services in the future. I also appreciated that he called me on his way to my home so I knew that he's right on schedule and not be surprised of his promptness, unlike other misc repair service providers in the area.
