The work was very well done and their work ethic was excellent. The reason for the B rating is that they did not clean up the plaster from the drywall and it was left on the floor and our pool equipment.

We used Terry for several projects after failures with other contractors. He remodeled a built in fish tank/fireplace/living room and actually came in under original estimate! He also remodeled kitchen. Terry is very good at conceptualizing the end product and making suggestions. He does good quality work for a reasonable price. I live in an upscale neighborhood and he doesn't "price adjust" just because you live in a nice neighborhood.
