Zerorez of Oklahoma City

The carpet was clean and frsh smelling. Dried fast. The tile floors looked great, except behind the toilets and doors, and around the edges. The showers really did not come clean. Probably too stained to make much difference. Overall, I was pleased with the service and I will use them again.

Zerorez service was great! The serviceman actually was able to come sooner than the appointment but was careful to call us first and ask if it was okay to do so. Our serviceman, John, was very polite and professional and did a thorough and complete job of cleaning our carpets in our four bedrooms. He even moved some very heavy artwork and furniture by himself, even though I offered to help him. We enthusiastically would use both John and Zerorez to clean our carpets again.

It's carpeting again! The change was very dramatic. It's clean. It's fluffy like carpeting. It doesn't smell. It did not fall apart from the cleaning. I am very happy and satisfied and want to try this service at my own house next.

My technician’s name was Destiny and he was GREAT!

I had a problem carpet that required some special attention.  I called Zerores on a Thursday.  The lady on the phone was very helpful and set up an appointment for me the next day between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. 

Friday, 8:00 AM, Destiny calls.  He is on the way.  He arrives at 8:30 and we sit down for a minute to discuss what I needed to have done and what it would cost.  I had lots of questions and Destiny answered them all, patiently and thoroughly.  I had no idea there was so much science involved with carpet cleaning.  Fortunately, Destiny understood it all very well.  He even educated me about how my way of dealing with spills on the carpet was exactly the wrong thing to do and that the carper cleaner I was using was actually creating more problems.

He worked on my carpets for about three hours, stopping from time to time to get my approval of what he had done and explaining what he was going to do next.  My carpets look great now and the cost of getting the work done was, I believe, reasonable. 

I would definitely recommend Zerores (and Destiny) to my friends and I will call them again next time I need a carpet cleaner.

We had heard radio ads on KTOK for years and decided to use this company based in part on the excellent  reviews here on Angies List.  Erik arrived on time and did a great job of cleaning the carpet in 2 beds, bath, study, living area and stairway, some of which was very dirty.  This company is very professional, communication was good, and Erik was a pleasure to visit with.  We will definitely use this company again.  Our carpets are beautifully white again!

John got stains out of the carpets and out of the chair it all looks amazing now.  He worked so hard  and is very good at what he does. I will use them again and I will ask for John.

I thought I was going to have to get new carpet and they came out and cleaned my carpets and they look brand new. They were just wonderful and so are the results. They do everything, they clean grout and tile, marble, granite and natural stone and also do shower repair. They are courteous and professional, the man that came out and cleaned my carpets was Eric. He was so good and knowledgeable. They also gave me a 30 day guarantee that if I had any problems they would come out and fix it. I just don't think you can be better than that. They are good at what they do.

Thomas did a good job, but he explained to me that the machine could not remove some of the toughest stains since the floor has not been done professionally for 16 years.
