Very professional and great customer service

Did great job! I never used a plumber before so paying almost 200.00 for a 10 to 25 minute quick fix was kind of a let down!

I hired Pipe Doctors after receiving a bid from another company because I was so impressed with Brian Owen who came out and gave me a bid. He was knowledgeable, professional, humble, came up with some creative options that saved us money and when he looked at another job I had him consider, he told me that I probably didn't need to fix it as it was a fluke occurrence. This would have been a very expensive job that he could have made money off of. He didn't make money on that job, but he did earn my business on the other job because of his honesty.

Work will be done on Tuesday. Initial estimate Caleb was very thorough and knowledgeable.

You could not ask for a more knowledgeable and professional company. 5 stars for sure!

The Pipe Dr crew were very courteous and respectful. Good advice was provided as they performed the hot water replacement and installation.

They came within an hour of my call. Pinpointed the problem, had to come back next day to do a slab test, did so, came back the next day to tear into my floor. Two pipes were leaking...they fixed both. The prices was actually less than the estimate!

Pipe Doctors, LLC called me within minutes after submitting my project to set up an apt. I was impressed. Homer did the work and was very pleasant, respectful, efficient and cleaned the work area completely. I highly recommend this company.

Timely, polite, efficient, and affordable!

The plumber came out and ran a snake drain down the kitchen drain. Opened the clog. Great. Price was good. Plumier told the wife that there is a lot of trash and mod in the pipe. Line probably needs to be replaced. No grantee on how long the pipe will stay open. I call the pipe doctor to talk to to the plumber and the reception told me that the gentle man is off and won't be into work until Monday. She said that she will call him, and she will call me right back. I have not heard from anybody. It has now been a week. There is a boot that holds the drain pipe to the wain drain pipe. The boot as a clamp on both ends. The clamp that holds the boot to the drain pipe was not tighten down. The wife washed dishes and the water did not drain out of the sink. I figured that the drain has clogged up again. Waited a while went to check the water and it has drain out. Great. I took a step toward the sink and step in water. Great. I look under the sink and saw water running down the wall from the pipe. I look a little closer and saw that the clamp was not tightened down. I tighten down the clamp. I think that I would rather have a Quack.

I have one thing to say. Hire them.

In the middle of the corona virus pandemic - our hot water heater failed. The professionals at Pipe Doctor responded, replaced our hot water heater to remove that stress from our family. The experienced plumber arrived when they said he would, was very cautious about social distancing and didn t touch anything other than what was needed to remove and replace the tank. I can t thank them enough. I highly recommend them.

The technician was outstanding. Great work ethic, clear and concise explanations about what he was doing, and very courteous.

I communicated the work ahead of time and explained what I needed before they were sent out. The office person had no conversations with the plumber to explain it had been worked on by another plumber and I didn't want the same result. The plumber was there for 30 min and didn't attempt to do anything beyond what was previously done. When I questioned him on what else he could do he said he would have to charge me more to pull out the bigger pipe cleaner. I spoke with the owner and he stated he had a 100% happy customer policy. I paid him but would suggest you be very specific and what you want to have done and make sure its communicated to the plumber before. I was surprised to learn there was a $49 service fee once the guy got there.
