It was very quick service and the plumber was very nice but when i spoke on the phone i was told one thing and completely different when the plumber showed up. I would double check /record everything about pricing and what they say on the phone by customer service rep.

The main office has a communication issue with their techs. That being said, Matt proved to be one of the BEST plumbing techs that we've ever had at our home. He communicated clearly and consistently. And when his subs failed to deliver a part which caused him to have to delay work, he filled that time by cleaning our area and educating us on water hear care. He helped us clear out an area for him to work and offered to stay and help move everything back.
