Very friendly and responsive through rescheduling twice and while on-site. Most of the heavy dirt/mold was removed but the siding just wasn't clean. With the siding still wet, rubbing a finger across the siding removed a layer of dirt. We ended up wiping down most of the siding we could reach with rags.
