Prior to the appt. I sat down with the stylist and discussed the desired cut, incld. the several photos I took with me to the appt. I asked for her interpretation of the cut. I believed she and I were on the same page. Her young daughter was with her in the salon and I could tell she was in a hurry to complete the service and then head home so they could go swimming.
Upon completion of the cut, she never gave me a mirror to check the back of my hair and/or discuss any concerns I had. She was in too great of a hurry to collect her money and go. The entire service was barely 30 min. That is entirely too quick to perform a service properly and the cut shows. I was extremely upset, since I had a and quot;butcher joband quot; from the last cut in May. I discussed with the stylist that I had intentionally allowed my hair to grow a little longer, so as to have a proper cut. It was not provided at this salon.
