They removed one layer of cedar shake and two layers of asphalt. And they laid down a trap to collect all the trash all around the house. They also made sure that all nails were picked up. I found this company on Angie's list for my mother-in-law and they were very professional. My mother-in-law is in her 70's and she felt very comforted in the way they took care of her and was very happy with the job they did. If you want a licensed roofing company with a good warranty then you don't need to look any further and they travel. My mother-in-law lives in Enid, OK and the traveled to do the job. Great Job Guys!!!

They completed the work for us last week. That went very well. One employee initially came out to look at the repair. Then an employee came out to do the repair. They were both punctual.

Company's response time was A+ great communication as to setting up appointment. the person was totally available, and very nice when he told me he couldn't do any patching, maintenance, etc, because i needed new roof.

Charles was very professional and was knowledgeable about his profession, he wasted no time .

Charles, the owner, was prompt and informative during his inspection of our roof. His knowledge of roofing was obvious during our meeting compared to the three other roofing companies who were also bidding the job. He provided us with the estimate/bid the very next day and was available by phone to answer all our questions each time we called. We felt confident hiring Nichtech and were not dissappointed. Charles' crew of about 8 men arrived ontime, were very careful around our landscaping and did an overall oustanding job. During the two day project Charles was onsite mutiple times each day to check in on the progress and insure everything was as we expected. After the roof was finished the crew was very thorough in cleaning up the yard, shrubs and flowerbeds, collecting trash and magnetically gathering any nails. They thoroughly cleaned the patios of granuals from the shingles as well. Our porches were cleaner than before they arrived! Our roof is beautiful, water tight and now we have proper ventilation in the attic. Thank you Nichtech!

Mr. Nichols was very professional and responded very quickly to all of my questions. He informed me that I need not be there for the inspection and that he would call me before performing any repairs if needed. He cleaned any debris from trees that was on the roof or in the gutter. Called as soon as he had completed the job to let me know of any needed repairs. Which as it happens there were not any needed. He also informed me that there was about 2-3 years before the roof would need replacing. I would hire him to work on my roof when the time comes.

We contracted Nichtech to replace our storm/hail damaged roof. Best home roof repair service we have had. Our sales representative, Jim Johnson, was outstanding. He was extremely courteous, professional, punctual. He worked extremely well with our insurance company and ensured that we received an accurate appraisal for our storm damaged roof. Jim was always on time and never arrived too early or too late without a phone call to keep us informed. The roofing crew were also courteous and polite and did a superb job. Cleanup after the job was excellent. We would highly recommend Nichtech and Jim Johnson for any roofing or home repair work.

Went great! Job was started and completed on time. From Charles coming out and giving me a detailed explanation of the work to be performed, estimate of cost, to completion. (Not to mention he lives in Claremore and I live in Enid!) Charles makes certain that the job is up to his standards. Great customer relations.

They did an excellent job. They come on time and completed the work that day. They were efficient and knowledgeable. They came with a crew of about ten guys. They did work on a home about a block away. I was so impressed with the work, I called them to do my roof. This was the best roof experience I have ever had.!The crew drove in from Tulsa at around six in the morning and completed the work that afternoon.
