overall the process was very smooth, my only disappointment was the fact it would between 1 and 5 as to when they would show up -my preference would be to narrow that time window to make it more accomodating to the working class.  Otherwise the service call was quick, smooth and without issue, service tech obvisously knew what he was doing.

Great! He went through the list and fixed everything needed.

The Company spokesperson called and confirmed our appointment and called again 30 minutes before the repairman arrived.  The repairman completed the work under 1 hour and charged accordingly.  I was extremely satisfied with the repair and the professional service.

I was totally satisfied with Mullin Plumbing. They charge a little more if you do not live in Broken Arrow.

My meter is located within the perimeter of my driveway. The leak turned out to be under the driveway. James, the plumber, went to a lot of trouble to burrow under the driveway to keep from having to break the concrete. He spent several hours just getting to the leak. After he repaired it he filled the hole and did a good job cleaning up the yard and getting it close to normal. After all of this he gave me the bill and it was only $800. I went from expecting something in the thousands, including driveway repair, to a bill less than one thousand. I was very pleased and appreciated James hard work. I will definitely use Mullin again.

All season we have been filling the pool with water daily because of a substantial leak. We called around to find a good price for leak detection after hearing how expensive the process was. I called American Leak Detection as well as Mullin Plumbing and was told specifically that Mullin Plumbing charged a flat rate of $250 to find the leak. This was much better the American Leak Detection quoted so I set up an appointment.
Josh showed up to do the work an hour late. I confirmed with him the pricing and he said that I was told the wrong information and that $250 was for the first hour with $145 an hour after that, but he usually found the leak in the first hour. I called the office and the manager never called me back so I effectively got screwed from the beginning.
Inevitably, Josh did not find the leak in the first hour. I was trapped into paying more since everyone charges a high first hour rate so I told him to finish the job. He left to get his swimming shorts and came back to finish. After two hours he determined it was the pool light. He told me to shove putty in the fixture and it would stop the leak. Well, needless to say it didn't and now I have a leak AND a charge of $461.75 on my debit card.
We are having a new liner put in and they supposeably guarantee their work at Mullin so I called and spoke to the manager. He told me he would be in touch and I ended up getting a call from Josh. He was rude and combative on the phone using statements like "it is what it is" and "I don't work for free." He made it very clear that he doesn't stand behind his work but that he would charge me $145 an hour to come test it AGAIN.
After hanging up on me and I called the manager again at the office to tell him what happened and I have not received a call back. Please don't get taken by these people. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from Mullin.  

The technician was prompt and courteous. He installed the faucet while also admiringly commenting on the quality of the granite installation. He demonstrated how to refill the soap dispenser, which I was thankful for since would have done it incorrectly.

Our experience overall was great!  After calling another plubming company from Angie's List with a superior A rating that ended in a complete disaster, we were relieved to have a great experience with Mullin.  They were prompt, friendly and very efficient.  We had another plumber scheduled to come out and waited a week.  We weren't desparate and we wanted to give a smaller company an opportunity so we were okay waiting a week.  Why not, since they had a superior A rating on Angie's List???  I had to call the morning they were scheduled because they were late...turns out, they didn't have anyone to come to our house that day.  Seriously?!?!?  We called Mullin and they were able to come out on the same day...Mullin to the rescue!  They arrived on time, assessed the situation, told us we needed a new toilet and they were back out promptly to install the toilet after our purchase.  We have had no problems since! Thank you, Mullin!

I had an issue with my two year old flushing items down the toliet, I called Mullins plumbing and they were there that evening. The service individual, Blaine, came in and snaked the toliet finding the culprit. He was kind to my family and even talked to my boys about what not to flush.

Extremely pleased with the two technicians Robert and Marco.  They showed up exactly on time, called before coming, were very courteous and professional.  The work was done quickly and everything was cleaned up after they finished.  After they had left I was very surprised to see they had installed a GFI.  Additionally they volunteered to mount a small transformer to the brick wall at no cost, a small thing but it's service like this that makes you use them for all future needs. 

Mullins came out about 10:30 PM. Got it done, & was very professional

I thought their pricing was very reasonable. They are very professional and very clean. I would definitely hire them again.

Did a good job and was very professional. The only thing, we are still working on trying to level the ground where the line was installed. But we will use them again in the future.

When we first called, they sent someone to assess the situation. He didn't have the proper equipment so he called someone else on the team and together they got the job done in four hours. Our home was just built in 2004 and the builder had installed that line incorrectly. After the repairs, our water bill decreased significantly as the pipe had evidently been leaking for some time.

I’ve used them for several years and I’ve had good service from them. They are very professional and are cleanly dressed. They don’t do any other work without consulting with me first if it is going to cost more than the estimated price. They are very good at that. They are always polite and they clean up after they finish their work. The men that I’ve use are honest and friendly.

They initially came out to put in a new toilet and had to come right back. They did not install seals on our new toilet. The toilet still leaked after they came back. They guy was polite, but unreasonable when it came to waiving the service charge when they had to come back.

The guy who was here told me that in order to fix the slow draining tub they would have to dig up the whole floor and it would cost thousands of dollars. He told me we had the wrong trap in the drain. I fixed it myself with a bottle of liquid plumber.

They were satisfactory the last time I used them. I had a friend move into the area that is a plumber, so I didn’t use them anymore. I used them because they had a good reputation around Broken Arrow. I really had no complaint about their work. They were prompt, and they left the work site in good condition when they were finished. The quality was good and I have had no problem since.

Great service, came on time and didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't need.

Had to pay OT for service due to error in communication; the error was my fault.  I was grateful that they were able to come out same day as initial contact to facilitate repairs.  The service technician was professional and replaced entire "wash box" in laundry room.

I have used them many times. Their prices are normal. They do a good job. I have not had any problems with their quality.
